Mr. Bob Yang, FRCS (Urol) is a leading consultant urolofical surgeon at Royal Berkshire Hospital. He holds expertise in functional urology, with a specialism in complex and recurrent urinary tract infections, as well as male and female incontinence. A graduate of Imperial College London with First Class Honours, Mr Yang's groundbreaking research on a sublingual UTI vaccine and male incontinence devices has earned him international acclaim. He is an Associate Lecturer at Oxford University, Director for the American Urological Association and International Continence Society Male Incontinence course, and is currently pursuing a DPhil in Bioengineering at the University of Oxford. As Lead Editor for two academic textbooks on Urinary Tract Infections and Male Incontinence, Mr Yang is a recognised global leader in his field.

Mr. Steve Foley, FRCS (Urol) is a highly experienced consultant urological surgeon and specialist in benign urology at Royal Berkshire Hospital. With over three decades of experience, he has pioneered the surgical management of male incontinence, particularly the 'Male Sling' following prostate cancer surgery, and is one of the most experienced surgeons in the UK for this procedure. Mr. Foley is a recognised world expert in female urology and painful bladder conditions, having lectured extensively in the USA, Australia, and Europe. He is actively involved in international research studies on incontinence and urinary tract infections and regulary trains other surgeons in new techniques.

Mr. Christopher Blick, DPhil (Oxon), FRCS (Urol) is a consultant urological surgeon with a specialist interest in urological cancers, particularly laparoscopic and robotic renal and bladder surgery. He is a highly skilled surgeon who undertook his specialist training in the Oxford deanery and completed a British Association of Urological Surgeons Fellowship at the Keck Institute of Medicine in the USA, under the mentorship of a pioneer of robotic surgery. Mr. Blick's DPhil (PhD) from the University of Oxford focused on kidney and bladder cancer research, which has been widely published. He is the UK representative on the Board of the European Association of Urology (Young Urologist Office) and is highly skilled in a range of treatments for benign prostatic enlargement, including Aquablation, Rezum, and UroLift technologies.
